How do you translate a luxury automobile into a high-end residential building? English firm Aston Martin prepares its first Real Estate project in Miami. Luxury to its limit.
Aston Martin is a legend among legends: director Steven Spielberg owns a DB9 Volante like Michael Jordan's, Pierce Brosnan has a Vanquish just like Slash, Prince Charles of Wales owns a DB6 MK II Vantage Volante. Perhaps the most known of the Aston Martins is Sir Paul McCartney's DB6.
It is clear that an Aston Martin is much more than luxury and performance: it is history. And now looking towards the future, the British firm is looking to translate the power of their automobiles in a 66-floor residential building located in Miami.
Surrounded by the impressive skyscrapers that have started to decorate the capital of Florida, Aston Martin residences has started its foundation in #300 Biscayne Boulevard Way.
In collaboration with G&G Business Developments, the building will be ready by 2021 with the promise of dazzling views and the finest amenities, for those who decide to live as legends.
Located in front of Miami River and the bay, the 391-unit condominium was designed by the architectural giants Revuelta and Bodas Miani Anger. The interior design in this curved-glass steel tower is courtesy of the Aston Martin Team, with Marek Reichman - Vice president and Executive Creative Director of the company as the leader of the project.
In essence, living inside one of these units is like living in an Aston Martin. A spacious and luxurious place, built and decorated with first-grade materials.
Aston Martin Residences will host a state-of-the-art gym, spa, virtual golf course, two movie theaters, beauty salon, barbershop, art gallery, and a spectacular infinity pool located on the 55th floor...offering the best view available in Miami.
